I turn complex requirements into clear plans, shared processes, and work that moves forward. Across 13 years at Bank of America and Wells Fargo, I built programs, coordinated change across teams, and created practical tools for people doing demanding work.
Building a program from the ground up
Built Enterprise Credit’s centralized exam-management program at Bank of America, bringing audit, compliance, credit reviews, and regulatory examinations into one framework. Created the playbook, procedures, and shared repository that connected schedules, requests, findings, and outcomes—and gave senior leaders a consolidated view of review activity and emerging concerns.
Turning requirements into delivery
Led the rollout of new customer-protection requirements at Wells Fargo Securities for approximately 2,000 affected customers. Brought Legal, Compliance, Sales, and other teams together to translate the rules into account identification, procedures, communications, forms, tracking, and training.
Carrying complex problems through to resolution
Guided business and control teams through correcting operational and compliance weaknesses at Bank of America—from defining the problem and planning corrective action to reviewing evidence and securing independent approval. Managed up to 42 issues concurrently, coordinating overlapping timelines and challenging whether the proposed fixes met the required standards.
Making knowledge useful
Designed targeted compliance training for a national team of 126 sales professionals. Earlier in Operations, developed learning sessions and reusable training templates that grew into department-wide Lunch & Learns, and partnered with traders to make derivative invoices clearer for clients.
Bringing leadership into the loop
Ran the governance process for a forum of more than 100 senior stakeholders across business, Legal, Technology, Audit, and Compliance. Coordinated executive materials and rehearsals so leaders could review control performance, regulatory developments, and emerging risks together.
